Amend agenda: defer item #27, #33 to Feb; defer item #46 to Mar.

Amend the agenda to defer the following items to the February 2024 meeting: Item #27 - Resolution R-24-1-101 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, honoring Dr. Hank and Debbie Peck, their family, and the team at Long’s Drug Store for over 60 years of service to the community; and Item #33 – R-24-1-801 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving an interlocal agreement between Knox County and the Industrial Development Board related to the Axle Logistics property swap for $1.4 million, the amount in question will be paid through designations and included in the FY’25 Capital Improvement Plan. Also included in the motion was to defer the following item to the March 2024 meeting: Item #46 - Request of R. Jason Barnes for rezoning from A Agricultural to PR Planned Residential up to 9 dwelling units per acre, property located at 8441 Old Middlebrook Pike, Parcel ID 105 L B 047, (3rd Commission District) (Planning Commission’s File Number: 10-F-23-RZ).
