Amend the agenda to defer the following item to the February 2024 meeting: Item #44 - Request of Arcip Horobet for rezoning from BP Business and Technology Park and TO Technology Overlay to PR Planned Residential up to 12 dwelling units per acre and TO Technology Overlay, property located at 0 Pellissippi Parkway, Parcel ID 118 71, (3rd Commission District) (Planning Commission’s File Number: 12-F-23-RZ).
On January 26, 2024, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Amend agenda: defer item #44, Arcip Horobet rezoning to Feb 2024.” by a vote of 11–0.
