CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING CONTRACTS WITH HOLSTON CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, LLC, SHELTON GENERAL CONTRACTORS, LLC, SKILLED SERVICES QUALITY CONSTRUCTION, LLC, AND STOOKSBURY CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR THE PROVISION OF GRANT FUNDED MISCELLANEOUS CONSTRUCTION/RENOVATION SERVICES FOR THE TERM OF FEBRUARY 1, 2024 THROUGH JANUARY 31, 2025, WHICH MAY BE EXTENDED FOR TWO (2) ADDITIONAL YEARS
