CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING CONTRACTS WITH CROSS GUTTER AND SIDING AND SKILLED SERVICES QUALITY CONSTRUCTION, LLC FOR THE PROVISION OF GUTTERING AND ALUMINUM WALKWAY COVERS UP TO $1,000,000.00 ANNUALLY FOR THE TERM OF JANUARY 1, 2024 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2024, WHICH MAY BE EXTENDED FOR FOUR (4) ADDITIONAL YEARS
