CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, AUTHORIZING THE RECEIPT OF A DONATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,087,643.93 FROM KNOX EDUCATION FOUNDATION DESIGNATED FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING PLAYGROUNDS AT FAIR GARDEN FAMILY CENER, KNOXVILLE ADAPTIVE EDUCATION CENTER (KAEC), AND BELLE MORRIS, FOUNTAIN CITY, SARAH MOORE GREENE, SPRING HILL, AND WEST HAVEN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS
