GENERAL GOVERNMENT RESOLUTIONS (NON-CONSENT): CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN KNOX COUNTY AND THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD RELATED TO THE AXLE LOGISTICS PROPERTY SWAP FOR $1.4 MILLION, THE AMOUNT IN QUESTION WILL BE PAID THROUGH DESIGNATIONS AND INCLUDED IN THE FY’25 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN
