CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH CERTIFIED GENERATOR SERVICE FOR THE PROVISION OF GENERATOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES NOT TO EXCEED AN ANNUAL COST OF $25,000.00 FOR THE TERM OF OCTOBER 1, 2024 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2025, WHICH MAY BE EXTENDED FOR FOUR (4) ADDITIONAL YEARS
