Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving the request of Julie Cloninger for rezoning from A (Agricultural) to CN (Neighborhood Commercial) as per Planning Commission’s recommendation plus the condition that there will be a 100 foot vegetation barrier up to the singular driveway entering into and exiting from the parcel.
