Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving the request of Stefan Claar for rezoning from PR (Planned Residential) up to 7.25 dwelling units per acre to CA (General Business) as per Planning Commission’s recommendation subject to one condition that there will be a landscape buffer on the residential side of the road.
