Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, accepting the resignation of Penny Kleinschmidt from the Knox County Golf Board and approving the Knox County Mayor’s recommendation of Michael Bittel to complete the unfulfilled term of Ms. Kleinschmidt on the Golf Board, which term expires December 31, 2024.
