Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a construction contract in the amount of $1,126,746.44 with Southern Constructors, Inc. for the Large Culvert Repair and Replacement Project. (Project is partially funded with a $701,183.50 grant from the American Rescue Plan Act)
