Approve amendment to contract for environmental health programs.
Consideration of a Resolution of Knox County, Tennessee, approving Amendment One to a Contract with the Tennessee Department of Health for the provision of administering environmental health programs, which amendment increases the maximum liability of the State under the Contract by $75,000.00 for a total amount of $200,000.00. (No local match required).
