Approve amendment to Sheriff's Office Compassion Leave policy.
Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving an amendment to the Knox County Sheriff’s Office Employees’ Merit System Rules and Regulations, 11.8 Compassion Leave, to allow five (5) compassion leave days with pay, which days do not have to be used consecutively, and to extend the definition of “immediate family”, all to conform with the Knox County Sheriff’s Office General Order Number 1-013.
