Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, accepting the resignation of Michael Covington from the Knox County Ethics Committee and approving the appointment of an individual to complete the unfulfilled term of Mr. Covington on the Ethics Committee, which term expires on October 31, 2025.
