Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Change Order in the amount of $536,789.00 for reimbursable expenses to complete the construction engineering and inspection for the construction of a bridge on Ball Camp Pike over the CSX railroad (increases the total contract for these services with CSX to $1,783,638.00)
