Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving Amendment Two to a Grant Contract with the Tennessee Department of Health for the provision of Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP) program services, which amendment increases the maximum liability of the State under the Grant Contract by $96,306.00 for a total amount of $3,105,625.00 (no local match required)
