Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Fisal Year 2025 Budget Amendment to increase the total budget in the amount of $1,506,250.00 for the purpose of providing an additional 2% raise for county employees, making the total raise approximately 4% for Fiscal Year 2025 (2 Steps + 2%), beginning January 1, 2025
