Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, honoring Officer Tucker Blakely for his service and ultimate sacrifice to the citizens of Knox County with the placement of a permanent memorial at the intersection of Emory Road and Brickyard Road, as well as naming the bridge over Beaver Creek on Brickyard Road in his memory
