Approve Amendment One to Safe Baby Court Grant Contract
Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving Amendment One to a Grant Contract with the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services for the Knox County Juvenile Court to continue to provide an evidence-based Safe Baby Court in Knox County, which Grant Contract extends the term to end June 30, 2025 and increases the maximum liability of the State under the Grant Contract by $100,000.00 for a total amount of $600,000.00 (no local match required)
