Amend agenda to withdraw resolution on Tipton Station Road district
Commissioner Jay moved to amend the agenda to withdraw the following item: Item #41 – Resolution R-24-12-803 -Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, establishing the 2814 Tipton Station Road Residential Infrastructure Development District. Commissioner Durrett seconded the motion and upon roll call vote Commissioners Rawls, Durrett, Oster, Jackson, Russell, Hill, Lee, Thompson, Fox, Jay, and Frazier voted aye. The motion carried 11-0-0-0.
On December 16, 2024, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Amend agenda to withdraw resolution on Tipton Station Road district” by a vote of 11–0.
