CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING CONTRACTS WITH EAST TENNESSEE FENCE COMPANY, STANLEY FENCING AND LANDSCAPING, INC., AND TS WELLS, INC. DBA TIM'S FENCING FOR THE PROVISION OF FENCING SERVICES UP TO $2,000,000.00 ANNUALLY FOR THE TERM OF JANUARY 1, 2025 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2025, WHICH MAY BE EXTENDED FOR FOUR (4) ADDITIONAL YEARS.
