CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, ADOPTING T.C.A. SECTION 10-7-408 AUTHORIZING THE CLERKS OF COURT TO IMPOSE AND COLLECT AN ARCHIVES AND RECORDS MANAGEMENT FEE OF $5.00 PER PUBLIC RECORD FILED WITH THE CLERKS OF COURT FOR THE PURPOSE OF INITIATING A LEGAL PROCEEDING.
