Approve closure of unbuilt right-of-way in Laurel Ridge Phase 1 (1st Reading)
CONSIDERATION OF THE CLOSURE OF UNBUILT RIGHT- OF-WAY BETWEEN LOT 1 AND COMMUNITY LOT 1 OF THE 2017 PLAT TITLED LAUREL RIDGE PHASE 1 IN COMMISSION DISTRICT 6 (FIRST READING): Consideration of the closure of unbuilt Right-of-Way between Lot 1 and Community Lot 1 of the 2017 plat titled Laurel Ridge Phase 1 in Commission District 6 was before the Board of Commissioners on First Reading. Commissioner Hill moved to approve the closure of unbuilt Right-of- Way between Lot 1 and Community Lot 1 of the 2017 plat titled Laurel Ridge Phase 1 in Commission District 6 on First Reading. Commissioner Rawls seconded the motion and upon roll call vote Commissioners Rawls, Durrett, Oster, Jackson, Russell, Hill, Lee, Thompson, Fox, Jay, and Frazier voted aye. The motion carried 11-0-0-0.
On December 16, 2024, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Approve closure of unbuilt right-of-way in Laurel Ridge Phase 1 (1st Reading)” by a vote of 11–0.
