Amendments to the Agenda
On January 27, 2025, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Amend agenda to defer items 40, 41, 44, 46 to February 2025” by a vote of 11–0.
Move to amend the agenda to defer the following items to the February 2025 meeting: Item #40 - Resolution R-25-1-111 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving the Knox County Mayor’s recommendations of members for appointment/reappointment to the Knox County Golf Board (terms expire December 31, 2028); Item #41 - Resolution R-25-1-408 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Memorandum of Agreement with Knoxville TPO for the collection of pavement condition data; Federal funding will be provided for 80% of the cost of data collection, with the remaining 20% being paid by Knox County; In Fiscal Year 2024 the amount due will be $121,557.00 and in Fiscal Year 2026 the amount due will be $46,972.00; Item #44 - Resolution R-25-1-412 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Memorandum of Understanding with S&E Properties, LLC for road improvements at the intersection of Kingston Pike and Ebenezer Road; and Item #46 - Resolution R-25-1-904 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, requesting the Tennessee General Assembly to allow Knox County to establish predictable recording fees in the Register’s Office.
