Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving Amendment One to a Grant Contract with the Tennessee Department of Health for the provision of Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Services, which amendment increases the maximum liability of the State under the Grant Contract by $150,000.00 for a total amount of $450,000.00 and extends the term to end on June 30, 2027 (no local match required)
