Consideration of the Closure of Unbuilt Right-of-Way between Lot 1 and Community Lot 1 of the 2017 Plat titled Laurel Ridge Phase 1 in Commission District 6 – (Second Reading):
On January 27, 2025, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Approve closure of unbuilt right-of-way (second reading)” by a vote of 11–0.
Approve the closure of unbuilt Right-of-Way between Lot 1 and Community Lot 1 of the 2017 plat titled Laurel Ridge Phase 1 in Commission District 6 on second reading.
