Approve MOA with Knoxville TPO for pavement condition data collection

Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Memorandum of Agreement with Knoxville TPO for the collection of pavement condition data. Federal funding will be provided for 80% of the cost of data collection, with the remaining 20% being paid by Knox County. In Fiscal Year 2024 the amount due will be $121,557.00 and in Fiscal Year 2026 the amount due will be $46,972.00
