CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A CIVIL DESIGN CONTRACT WITH ROBERT G. CAMPBELL & ASSOCIATES IN THE AMOUNT OF $222,370.00 FOR THE DESIGN OF THE RELOCATION OF THORNGROVE PIKE AND WIDENING OF MIDWAY ROAD, INCLUDING TRAFFIC SIGNALS.
