CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AMENDMENT TWO TO A GRANT CONTRACT WITH THE STATE OF TENNESSEE, DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN'S SERVICES TO PROVIDE CUSTODY PREVENTION SERVICES TO THE YOUTH AND FAMILIES OF THE KNOX COUNTY JUVENILE COURT, WHICH AMENDMENT INCREASES THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE STATE UNDER THE CONTRACT BY $183,392.00 FOR A TOTAL OF $550,176.00 AND EXTENDS THE TERM TO JUNE 30, 2026.
