Approve Resolution RZ-25-3-103 - Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving the request of Mesana Investments, LLC for rezoning from A Agricultural to PR Planned Residential up to 3 dwelling units per acre with the following conditions: 1) The ingress and egress to the development be exclusively through Cunningham Road directly across from Imperial Lane on the north of Cunningham Road; no access shall be utilized from Shady Lane or cut into or out of the development; 2) a traffic study will be required in the concept plan phase; and 3) a vegetation buffer shall be created and maintained without Residential development on the Shady Lane side of the property for the entire length of the property on the side running next to Shady Lane with a buffer being 30 feet wide; and the vegetation shall include the existing pines and a roll of evergreen giants running the length of the west side of the property planted 15 feet apart inside the buffer.
