Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving the request of Benjamin C. Mullins for rezoning from A Agricultural to PR Planned Residential up to 12 dwelling units per acre subject to the following conditions: 1) They can do up to 14 permits for this parcel or they can build a no left turn lane, whichever comes first; and 2) replanting 5 trees per acre with at least half of them being shade trees.
