CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AMENDMENT 3 TO A GRANT CONTRACT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES RELATED TO IV-D MAGISTRATE SERVICES FOR THE KNOX COUNTY JUVENILE COURT, WHICH AMENDMENT INCREASES THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE STATE UNDER THE CONTRACT BY $422,156.60, INCREASES THE LOCAL MATCH REQUIREMENT BY $217,474.61, AND EXTENDS THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT TO END JUNE 30, 2026
