CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH GREENHECK FAN CORPORATION FOR THE CREATION OF A STUDENT-RUN SITE-BASED ENGINEERING AND MANUFACTURING ENTERPRISE AT CARTER HIGH SCHOOL AND RECEIPT OF DONATIONS AS OUTLINED IN THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING UP TO $2,000,000.00
