CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A JOINT FUNDING AGREEMENT WITH THE U.S. GEOLOGICAL SURVEY IN THE AMOUNT OF $73,790.00 WITH $46,690.00 PROVIDED BY KNOX COUNTY AND $27,100.00 PROVIDED BY THE U.S. GEOLOGICAL SURVEY FOR THE OPERATION OF STREAM GAGING STATIONS IN KNOX COUNTY FOR THE PERIOD BEGINNING JULY 1, 2025 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2026
