On June 16, 2025, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Rezone from A to PR (10 du/acre) for Taylor D. Forrester at Ebenezer Road.” by a vote of 9–1.
Approve Resolution RZ-25-6-104 – Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving the request of Taylor D. Forrester for rezoning from A (Agricultural) to PR (Planned Residential), up to 10 dwelling units per acre subject to the following conditions: 1) developer is required to develop a pocket park / green space that will occupy a minimum of .25 acre (10,890 square feet) which will be situated to ensure convenient access for residents within the development; and 2) developer is required to plant green giants 6 feet off center as a barrier on each side.
