Approve Resolution RZ-25-6-107 – Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving the request of Mesana Investments LLC for rezoning from A (Agricultural) to PR (Planned Residential), up to 3.75 dwelling units per acre subject to one condition: 1) there will be a minimum of a 30 foot non-disturbed vegetation buffer around the perimeter of the property.
