CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT WITH RAKESH BATTINENI FOR THE SALE OF 1028 OLD CEDAR BLUFF ROAD (PARCEL ID 105 078) IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,163,000.00, WHICH IS THE $2,100,000.00 BID PRICE AT AUCTION PLUS 3% BUYER'S PREMIUM OF $63,000.00 TO POWELL AUCTION & REALTY. (SALE PROCEEDS WILL BE USED FOR THE RENOVATION OF THE NEW WEST SATELLITE OFFICE OF THE CLERK, HEALTH DEPARTMENT, AND TRUSTEE)
