CONSIDERATION OF THE CLOSURE OF AN UNNAMED RIGHT-OF-WAY THAT WAS THE ORIGINAL ALIGNMENT OF HOYLE BEALS DRIVE, SITUATED BETWEEN MIDDLEBROOK PIKE AND THE RELOCATED HOYLE BEALS DRIVE, COMMISSION DISTRICT 6.
On August 25, 2025, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Close unnamed right-of-way, original alignment of Hoyle Beals Drive.” by a vote of 11–0.

Motion to approve the closure of an unnamed Right-of-Way that was the original alignment of Hoyle Beals Drive, situated between Middlebrook Pike and the relocated Hoyle Beals Drive, Commission District 6.
