Approve construction contract for Bluegrass Lake pump station.
CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT WITH NORRIS BROTHERS EXCAVATING, LLC IN THE AMOUNT OF $9,327,610.00 FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A PUMP STATION AND ASSOCIATED WORK TO PROACTIVELY MANAGE THE ELEVATION OF BLUEGRASS LAKE TO PREVENT FUTURE FLOODING EVENTS.
