Amend Commission Rules regarding Commissioners serving on committees with family.
CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, AMENDING THE KNOX COUNTY COMMISSION RULES, RULE V, SECTION S, COMMISSIONERS NOT SERVING ON COMMITTEES WITH FAMILY MEMBERS, REGARDING A COMMISSIONER NOT SERVING ON A COMMITTEE IF THAT COMMISSIONER HAS A FAMILY MEMBER WORKING IN A KNOX COUNTY GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT WHICH MIGHT BE REGULATED, INVESTIGATED, OR OVERSEEN BY SUCH COMMITTEE, EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 2025.
