Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a License Agreement with the Tennessee Department of Transportation to install, operate, and maintain a pedestrian bridge over State Route 131 (Tazewell Pike) from Gibbs Elementary/Middle School to Gibbs High School.
