Approve disposition method for delinquent tax properties.
Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving the method of disposition (public auction or negotiated sale) for delinquent tax properties owned by Knox County; approving the sale of the properties for less than taxes owed pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated 67-5-2507 and 2508; and fixing the offering price of the properties.
