Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Master Service Agreement and Terms with SpeakWorks, Inc. dba GoReact for subscription to GoReact software and services for staff training and support at Austin-East Magnet High, Northwest Middle, Vice Middle Magnet, Sarah Moore Greene Magnet, Lonsdale Elementary and Maynard Elementary Schools at a cost of $21,200.00
