Amend Commission Rules regarding non-committee member participation in meetings.
Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, amending the Knox County Commission Rules, Rule V, Section B, Committee Meetings Open to Commission Membership, to clarify that commissioners who are not members of a committee may participate in the committee meeting except for the Audit Committee when it is called into a confidential, nonpublic executive session under state law
