Withdraw Resolution R-25-12-904 from agenda
AMENDMENTS TO THE AGENDA: Commissioner Thompson moved to amend the agenda to withdraw the following item from the agenda: Item #31 – Resolution R-25-12-904 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, granting authority to Knox County Engineering and Public Works to withhold future utility permit applications of utility providers that do not comply with County procedures or promptly address matters such as the removal of surplus equipment/facilities, remediation of hazardous facilities, and the relocation of facilities in conflict with Knox County road projects. Commissioner Rawls seconded the motion and upon roll call vote Commissioners Rawls, Durrett, Oster, Jackson, Russell, Hill, Lee, Thompson, Fox, Jay, and Frazier voted aye. The motion carried 11-0-0-0.
On December 15, 2025, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Withdraw Resolution R-25-12-904 from agenda” by a vote of 11–0.
