AMENDMENTS TO THE AGENDA: Commissioner Thompson moved to hear the following items as a consent calendar at this time: Item #1, Item #2, Item #3, Item #4, Item #5, Item #6, Item #7, Item #8, Item #9, Item #10, Item #11, Item #12, Item #13, Item #14, Item #15, Item #16, Item #17, Item #18, Item #19, Item #20, Item #21, Item #22, and Item #23. Commissioner Rawls seconded the motion and upon roll call vote Commissioners Rawls, Durrett, Oster, Jackson, Russell, Hill, Lee, Thompson, Fox, Jay, and Frazier voted aye. The motion carried 11-0-0-0.
On December 15, 2025, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Hear items #1-23 as a consent calendar” by a vote of 11–0.
