CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AMENDMENT NUMBER 1 TO THE LOCAL AGENCY PROJECT AGREEMENT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (TDOT) FOR THE POWELL HIGH SCHOOL GREENWAY PROJECT, WHICH AMENDMENT UPDATES THE SCOPE OF WORK BY SLIGHTLY MODIFYING THE COURSE OF THE GREENWAY AND PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE.
