CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF D.J. CORCORAN ON THE KNOX COUNTY ETHICS COMMITTEE AND APPOINTING GARY ANDERS TO COMPLETE THE UNFULFILLED TERM OF MR. CORCORAN ON THE ETHICS COMMITTEE, WHICH TERM EXPIRES OCTOBER 31, 2029.
