APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: Consideration of the approval of minutes from the previous meeting held on November 17, 2025 was before the Board of Commissioners. Commissioner Durrett moved to approve the minutes from the previous meeting held on November 17, 2025. Commissioner Frazier seconded the motion and upon roll call vote Commissioners Durrett, Oster, Jackson, Russell, Hill, Lee, Thompson, Fox, Jay, and Frazier voted aye. Commissioner Rawls was absent from the vote. The motion carried 10-0-0-1.
On December 15, 2025, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Approve minutes from previous meeting (Nov 17, 2025)” by a vote of 10–0.
