NOTARY PUBLIC APPLICATIONS: There were 143 Notary Applications. Commissioner Jay moved to approve 143 Notary Applications. Commissioner Frazier seconded the motion and upon roll call vote Commissioners Rawls, Durrett, Oster, Jackson, Russell, Hill, Lee, Thompson, Fox, Jay, and Frazier voted aye. The motion carried 11-0-0-0.
On December 15, 2025, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Approve 143 Notary Applications” by a vote of 11–0.
